Dr. Birgit KoflerPartner. Born in 1965 in St. Johann, Tyrol; studies in Innsbruck and Paris culminating in a doctoral degree. From 1988 to 1990 employee of UNESCO in Paris; from 1990 to 1994 in diplomatic service, inter alia at the International Law Office and as a human rights specialist at the Permanent Mission of Austria to the UN in New York City. From 1994 to 1996 head of cabinet at the Federal Ministry of Health; specialized publications and journalism. Since 1996 PR consultant and publisher of medical magazines. Co-author of numerous non-fiction books, including several bestsellers. Teaching posts in Public Relations for the FH Diploma Program in Bioengineering (University of Applied Sciences IMC Krems) and for the FH Diploma Program in Health Management (University of Applied Sciences Burgenland).
